As soon as we hear from you and before we get started on your order (indeed, before we even charge you a penny!), we put your card through a FREE Cultural Analysis and Review process – and email you the results. This analysis covers the finer points of handling proper nouns, job titles, address sequence, telephone numbers and other issues which may be unique to your card. Through this effort, we harmonize expectations with you and share with you some finer points of our business card translation and typesetting approach.

We Customize To Your Needs

Notwithstanding our standard approach, we are glad to customize to your situation or style. Many special requests can be accommodated at no additional charge (particularly those made before project confirmation) and you’ll be amazed at how our team meets your unique business card needs. If you ever want to do something differently, just let us know!

We Segment Our Process

Asian Language DTP has been creating superior Asian-language business cards for a long time. We take special care to segment our work process by directing individual tasks to experts in Asia at each stage of the process.  This is all part of our commitment to “get it right” by taking cultural aspects into consideration.
Does this cost us more?  Of course.  It’s easier and cheaper to ship everything to one person who claims to be a “master of all trades.” But with Asian-language business cards, you’re transmitting the idea—not just a piece of paper. 

We Welcome Third-Party Verification and Other Feedback

Once we finish our initial translation and typesetting work, we email you PDF proofs of your card so that you can review and approve. Feel free to have an Asian friend or co-worker give their input and suggest changes. As long as your requested revisions are to the translation, there is no charge at all. And we will always defer to your wishes on changes.

Even if you realize belatedly that a small detail from the English source card needs to be updated (such as a change to the phone number or job title), our charges for these revisions are very reasonable and depend on whether we can fix at the typesetting stage or have to go back to the translator for a new translation.
