Do you deliver physical printed cards?
No, we don’t mail actual printed cards. Instead, we deliver print-ready files which you then hand off to your local or online printer for final physical output. Click here for more information on our print-ready delivery formats, as well as the reasons this approach works best in most cases.
What further discounting is available if more cards are translated?
Handling multiple cards at once (for two or more people, in two or more Asian languages, or for both multiple people and languages) lets us cut down on work overhead and reduces our costs significantly. Discounts generally range between 50-75% for additional cards but each order is a bit different. Just explain your needs when submitting your request through our online form and we will reply with a full job quote.
What rush services do you offer?
For an extra charge, we can offer 24-hour guaranteed turnaround in many cases. Simply explain your needs when submitting your order inquiry and we’ll get back to you with details.
What languages to you offer?
We currently specialize in Asian-language business cards in Japanese, Chinese (both Simplified and Traditional) and Korean.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Most clients pay for their business cards by credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express) through our PayPal payment page. (Click here for full details and instructions.) However, we also accept checks and wire transfers.
