Maximize Your Business Success With Japanese, Chinese and Korean Business Cards

If you're visiting Japan on business, Japanese business cards are a must. For China or Taiwan, you should have Chinese business cards. Are you visiting Korea? Then take Korean business cards. Why? Asian-language business cards show your partners and hosts that you're serious, and that, as a guest in their country, you understand and respect their culture. This small effort on your part establishes trust and maximizes your opportunities for excellent results. Asian Language DTP Solutions has been helping hundreds of business people profit in Asia for years. We don't just translate your card... any translator can do that! Instead, we put our team of experts to work for you. We make sure your card is linguistically and culturally appropriate and design-relevant, so you'll get the most out of each and every business meeting.

Japanese business cards, Chinese business cards and Korean business cards are an investment that will pay off for years to come!

What are Asian-Language Business Cards?

Business people in Asia usually carry double-sided business cards with them at all times. This way, they are ready to introduce them- selves to people they meet in the course of work, both in formal and informal settings.

One side of the card is in their local language and the other side is in English. It would be very unusual to carry both one set of English cards and one set of cards in the local language, to have a one-sided card with two lang - uages crammed on to the front or to have a double-sided card where one side is not in English. Likewise, when you visit Asia, your business card should be in the local language on one side and in English on the other.

Our Expert Process

1. Before we get started on your order (indeed, before we even charge you a penny!), we put your card through a rigorous cultural analysis and review process. (Click here to see why we can't just blindly translate your card word-for-word.)

Then, once you've confirmed your order, we go to work translating and typesetting the files for double-sided cards with English on the front and your choice of Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese or Traditional Chinese on the back. (Not sure whether you need Simplified or Traditional Chinese? Click here.)
2. We then email you proofs for your review and approval. At this stage, you are welcome to have the language independently reviewed by a trusted Asian language-speaking colleague and we'll be glad to implement revisions at no additional charge (as long as revisions are based on the same English source text and instructions which you provided to us at the time of order confirmation).
3. Finally, once you've approved the proofs, we prepare and send print-ready files that you can take to any local printer for final double-sided output. These are usually outlined .eps and high-resolution .pdf files, but we can also provide other formats as requested by your printer.

Assuming your prompt approval of the proofs, this entire process usually takes just 2-3 business days (often less!). And clients who are in a rush can request our rush service (for an extra $75) for money-back guaranteed delivery of proofs and print-ready files within 24 hours of order confirmation! (By the way, if you're in a rush, did you know Kinko's™ and other leading printers offer same-day printing services?)

Testimonial

It was wonderful to have the cards for the last trip. Everyone was very impressed and flattered that we had taken the trouble to make them, and it gave all our representatives more prestige to be so well identified as valued members of our team, including our Japanese colleagues. [One of the Ph.D.s] went out of his way to introduce me to all the big-shots at the conference — I think in part so that I could present my card in Japanese. And only two of the speakers from the 2004 meeting were invited to this 2007 conference, so to be one of them is a nice honor for me. Best wishes.

I am very happy to acknowledge the help your lesson has given me. I am a graduate student majoring in... International Business and I am taking International Communication Skills as a subject this semester... Your daily mails have actually helped me to prepare a very good project report which I will present in class this Monday. I hope to send you the final copy of the presentation and the report by next week.

Thank you! I also appreciate the additional explanation you sent. In school I studied conversational Japanese for three years, but am only now beginning to learn the Japanese business culture. This should be an enlightening trip.
Thanks for your help in making it a successful one.

Rod. M

Mr. Bammel, I have really enjoyed the year I spent working for a partnership between [two Korean companies].
I took your online course last year and applied the lessons. Needless to say, I have been invited to Seoul to visit the grave of my boss' father and taste his mother's cooking.
